Acceptance
By joining the waitlist, taking part in the beta or subscribing to Squatify you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully, they apply to every use of the app and the related services.
Use of the service
Squatify is intended for personal, non-commercial training use. You may not reverse engineer, automate or abuse access to the app. We may suspend access in case of misuse, fraud or threats to the service.
Waitlist and beta access
Joining the waitlist is free and non-binding. Beta participation is invite-only and rolled out in waves via TestFlight (iOS) and the Play Store closed beta (Android). During the beta features may change, stored data may be reset and stability is not guaranteed. We will do our best to communicate any breaking changes in advance.
Subscriptions and payment
Squatify is offered as a monthly subscription: Squatify Basic at €7.99 per month and Squatify AI at €12.99 per month. Subscriptions are billed via the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Manage and cancel via your App Store or Google Play account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Trials and right of withdrawal
If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, the paid subscription begins automatically. Because Squatify provides immediate digital access, you waive the statutory right of withdrawal for the portion already delivered. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.
Your content
Your training data is and remains yours. You only grant us a limited license to process the data as necessary to operate the app (for example via iCloud or Google Drive sync, or account management).
Liability
Squatify is a tool, not medical or coaching advice. Train at your own risk and consult a professional if in doubt. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, missed results or data loss.
Changes
We may update these terms or the subscription price. For material changes we will notify you at least 30 days in advance in the app or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
